These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CityForge SEO ("Service"), operated by PinkyBot.io. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CityForge SEO provides pre-researched US city data and SEO landing-page generation tools. Access to city research and generation features is granted via tokens purchased through the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
Tokens are purchased in packs and are consumed to unlock city research and generate pages. Tokens do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
Unused token packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Tokens already spent are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
You may not resell raw research data in bulk, scrape the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Generated pages are yours to use for your own businesses and clients.
Research data and Service software remain the property of PinkyBot.io. You retain ownership of content you create using generated pages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. SEO outcomes are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinkyBot.io's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
